  • Our helicopter tours are carried out on board the AIRBUS AS355, with a minimum of 4 passengers, and on board the ROBINSON R44, with a minimum of 3. The maximum seating capacity for this experience is 5 on board the AS355 and 3 on the R44.
  • If there are fewer than 4 or 2 people in your group, depending on the helicopter that will be used for the Barcelona Coast Tour, where possible, we will try to fill in the rest of places to reach capacity.
  • If you want to book a private Barcelona Coast Tour flight where you will be the only passenger, you must purchase a trip for 5 in the AIRBUS AS355 helicopter or for 3 in the ROBINSON R44.
  • Book your flight in advance to ensure take-off time.
  • To fly, you must bring a photo identification document in physical format, such as a national ID document or passport. Otherwise, you will not be able to engage in the experience with us.
  • Flight duration may vary according to the route defined by the AENA Spanish airport operator.
  • We will contact you 24 hours before the flight is due to inform you of take-off time and place and let you know the flight’s status. Even so, circumstances beyond our control may require subsequent cancellation of your experience.
  • Although we strive to update the information on our website so that it is as comprehensive and accurate as possible, bear in mind that experiences may be subject to changes. Do not hesitate to consult us directly for current pricing.
  • Remember that the maximum weight permitted per passenger in this experience is 110 kg. If you exceed this weight, you must book a second flight seat. People who weigh over 130 kilos will not be able to board helicopter R44, although they will be able to fly on AS355.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or change flights because of climatic conditions or for technical or administrative reasons.

  • We recommend that you arrive at the heliport 20 minutes before your flight is due to take off.
  • You will be required to show your ID or passport at the check-in counter.
  • Our team will give you your boarding card and register your personal data, including weight. The captain will check the information of the helicopter passengers.
  • While you are waiting to fly, you will be able to relax in an exclusive passenger terminal inside our facility. You will have access to free Wi-Fi and vending machines with food, beverages or flight souvenirs. Besides, you will be able to take as many pictures as you wish from our viewing terrace to take a printed reminder of the privileged views of the Port of Barcelona.
  • When everything is prepared for departure, we will call you to the boarding area.
  • For safety reasons, you will be required to pass through the metal detector and leave any backpacks or bags in the locker before boarding the helicopter.
  • Before boarding, we will give you the safety instructions verbally and on video. The recommendations provided by our team must be followed at all times, and they will be happy to answer any questions.
  • Before take-off, we will verbally confirm the itinerary that will be followed.
  • We offer the possibility of using soundproof earmuffs to cancel the noise from the engines.
